AfricaFruitConnect

Africa Fruit Connect is a pan-African fruit industry expo and conference created to strengthen the continent’s fruit sector and connect it with regional and international markets. Its 2026 event will take place from 6 to 8 October at Oshwal Centre in Nairobi, Kenya, bringing together farmers, producer groups, cooperatives, processors, exporters, global buyers, investors, policymakers, researchers, and industry service providers.

The event combines a conference and exhibition with practical learning and networking opportunities. Its programme includes discussions on trade, financing, climate resilience, standards, and export readiness; fruit tastings, chef competitions, and country pavilions; and an investment and innovation pitch arena for small businesses, startups, and agripreneurs. Capacity-building masterclasses cover production, orchard management, value addition, and certification, alongside field and learning visits. A networking gala offers additional opportunities to build partnerships.

Africa Fruit Connect also welcomes exhibitors and sponsors. With a focus on market linkages, intra-African trade, quality compliance, value addition, and investment, the event supports a more connected and competitive fruit economy aligned with the African Continental Free Trade Area vision.
