African Education Fund Eswatini is a US-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity working in partnership with communities to improve health and expand opportunities in Eswatini, formerly known as Swaziland. Its mission is to support locally driven progress through education, youth development, clean water, primary health care, and economic opportunity. The organisation’s education work focuses on scholarships and helping children access primary and secondary schooling, while youth initiatives encourage community members to create opportunities for others.

Since 2007, its health work has included rural primary care clinics in the Madlemgampisi area, often held in schools or other community buildings. The fund also addresses limited access to safe water, which can require households to travel long distances and rely on contaminated rivers. Through microenterprise and microcredit, it supports small loans intended to help individuals, often women, grow businesses and increase household income.

Donations help strengthen community programmes and expand access to education and other services. African Education Fund Eswatini is based in Baltimore, Maryland, and invites supporters to contribute and stay involved
