Trust4AfricanRockArt (TARA) is an international organization based in Nairobi, committed to preserving and sharing the rich heritage of African rock art. TARA's mission is to create global awareness about the importance and endangered state of African rock art, survey and monitor these sites, provide information resources, and promote conservation measures. As the world's only organization dedicated to this cause, TARA has gained support and recognition from esteemed institutions such as the Ford Foundation, the Andrew Mellon Foundation, and the National Geographic Society.
