About Africans Build Africa
Africans Build Africa is a brand dedicated to empowering and encouraging indigents in Africa to tackle and solve everyday challenges. They believe that Africans are responsible for Africa's development and are better at building the continent. Africans Build Africa supports the creation of an enabling environment for young Africans to provide tailored solutions to the problems they already own.
Driven by the belief in the ingenuity of African problems and the localization of their solutions, Africans Build Africa highlights remarkable success stories from across the continent. These include Interswitch (Nigeria), which pioneered an indigenous card system and e-payment infrastructure, and Mpesa (Kenya), which revolutionized mobile banking services. Other notable examples are Zipline (Rwanda), which introduced drone technology to deliver blood in remote areas, and SolarNow (Uganda), bringing lighting solutions to homes across Africa.
