Sustainability is integral to our relationships within and outside the organization, as well as our environmental practices. Located in Moshi, Tanzania, AVL is a canning factory and farm. As part of our export efforts, we specialize in producing green beans in glass jars, which are then shipped to Europe through our sister company, Baltussen, in the Netherlands.

In addition to canning, we are introducing fresh produce for export, and exploring opportunities to expand our range of canned goods for both local and regional markets. We believe that value addition through food processing, which preserves nutrients and extends shelf life, will greatly enhance our export and local market offerings.
