AfriNov is a leading Not For Profit organization that works in partnership with grassroots communities in Kenya and East Africa. They focus on nonviolence action and aim to promote social justice and development in Africa. AfriNov offers various programs such as Peacebuilding and Nonviolence Action, Economic Development for Peacebuilding, Democracy & Governance, and Research & Evidence.

Their vision is to empower local communities to challenge social injustices through nonviolent means. They strive for an informed and empowered citizenry, encouraging communities to work together to tackle issues that matter to them. AfriNov serves communities and people affected by social injustice, violence, and conflicts in East Africa.

The organization operates in four regions in Kenya, namely Nairobi, North Rift, Nyanza, and Western Kenya, while also extending its programs beyond these regions based on funds and needs. They work with trained community resources persons, community groups, civil society organizations, and state and non-state stakeholders.
