Afro Baobab Cultural Hub & Art Gallery

Afro Baobab is a contemporary African cultural hub in Dubai that brings heritage, creativity, and community together through immersive experiences. Its programs celebrate African stories and traditions while encouraging curiosity, cultural understanding, and connection across cultures. The hub serves schools, corporate groups, families, and the wider public.

For schools, Afro Baobab offers curriculum-linked experiences, educational workshops, and learning journeys focused on creativity, global citizenship, and cultural understanding. Corporate programs use cultural experiences to support cross-cultural communication, team connection, and belonging. Public offerings include hands-on workshops, storytelling evenings, performances, exhibitions, and community gatherings.

The hub’s experiences are shaped by four pillars: storytelling, creativity, rhythm, and connection. Visitors can explore African artistic traditions, music, drumming, movement, and shared stories through engaging activities and rotating exhibitions. Afro Baobab also provides a welcoming café and gathering space inspired by African hospitality, where guests can share food, ideas, and conversation. Through its programs and community partnerships, the brand aims to preserve heritage and create meaningful human connections.
