Afro Coffee is a premium brand that offers high-quality, fair-trade coffee sourced from Africa. Their philosophy revolves around three key principles: quality, taste, and origin. They aim to share the joys of life with both the people who discover their coffees, teas, and spices, as well as the farmers who grow and harvest these products.

Exceptional quality is their promise, both in terms of the flavors and in the way their products are cultivated, tested, transported, packaged, and experienced. Most of their coffee beans come from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee culture. These beans are grown in small-scale family farms at altitudes of over 800 meters, under optimal climate and soil conditions.

Afro Coffee maintains direct contact with these farms through local coffee umbrella organizations, ensuring fair working conditions and consistent high-quality coffee. All of their beans are Fairtrade-certified, with a significant portion being organic-certified as well. But Afro Coffee is more than just Fairtrade.

They bridge the gap between Europe and Africa, recognizing and actively contributing to solving problems in both regions. They pay the established Fairtrade price, which provides coffee farmers with a stable income and the ability to invest in social, environmental, and economic projects. They support local initiatives in Africa, building water wells, schools, and cook stoves to improve the lives of their partners and the local environment.

Sustainability is also a top priority for Afro Coffee, as they strive to reduce their ecological footprint by using biodegradable packaging for their 500g packs and hand-sewn cotton bags for their tea.
