Afro-Carib Fest is an annual cultural festival presented by Heritage Skills Development Centre (HSDC), a non-profit organization serving new immigrants and marginalized communities in the Greater Toronto Area. The festival celebrates the culture and diversity of Afro-Caribbean communities and beyond, bringing people together through art, music, dance, and food. Its 15th annual event is scheduled for August 22 and 23, 2026, at Thomson Memorial Park in Scarborough, Ontario.

Visitors can enjoy live performances by local and international artists, learn African and Caribbean dance moves, and take part in a cultural parade. The program also includes interactive activities designed for families and audiences of all ages. Afro-Carib Fest invites artists to register as performers and offers opportunities for vendors, sponsors, and volunteers to participate. The organization also shares event updates, a photo gallery, auction information, and details about its boat cruise through its official channels. HSDC’s broader mission is to promote arts, health, social, cultural, and economic self-sufficiency, connecting the festival’s celebration with community engagement and inclusion.
