AFSA Scholarship

The American Fire Sprinkler Association (AFSA) is a non-profit international association that represents merit shop fire sprinkler contractors. Their main focus is promoting the use of automatic fire sprinkler systems and advancing the education of their members. Founded in 1981, AFSA provides training, consulting, communication, representation, and various other services to its members.

Their membership is open to contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, designers, and authorities having jurisdiction from around the world. AFSA believes that the installation of fire sprinklers plays a crucial role in saving lives and preventing significant financial losses due to fires. They work in collaboration with government agencies and other national associations involved in fire safety, raising awareness about the dangers of fire.

AFSA also organizes the largest fire sprinkler industry convention and exhibition globally and publishes the widely read Sprinkler Age magazine. Additionally, they offer technical services, training programs, and specialized schools to ensure a high-quality workforce for fire sprinkler contractors
