About AFS
AFS Academy of Fashion Studies provides design education guidance and entrance-exam coaching for students pursuing creative careers. Established in 1993, the organisation says it has guided students for 28 years and supported thousands of successful design and management professionals. Its mission is to promote design as a career and help students, parents and educators understand creative pathways.
AFS offers counselling on design careers and Indian and international study options, alongside preparation for entrance exams at institutions such as NIFT, NID, UCEED, Pearl Academy and MITID. Its courses include online and fast-track exam preparation, postgraduate design entrance coaching, studio and situation-test and interview preparation, and individual design portfolio guidance. Classes may include assignments and are delivered in small groups or individually, depending on the course. AFS also provides sample papers, mock tests, creativity exercises, art workshops, contests and online tutorials, as well as news and guidance on design institutes, admissions and exam schedules.
