Mit 5 Rechtsanwälten und Fachanwälten für Arbeitsrecht unterstützen wir Sie in der täglichen Personalarbeit, vom Entwurf eines Arbeitsvertrages bis hin zur Prozessvertretung vor dem Bundesarbeitsgericht. In der AGAD Service GmbH stehen Ihnen drei weitere Rechtsanwälte als externer Datenschutzbeauftragter zur Verfügung. Kostenlose Inhouse-Schulungen, Workshops, Seminare und interessante Referenten auf unseren AGAD- Foren und Dämmerschoppen runden das Angebot ab. Für unsere tarifgebundenen Mitglieder schließen wir mit der Gewerkschaft ver.di die Tarifverträge Großhandel-Außenhandel-Dienstleistungen in NRW. Von uns erhalten Sie deshalb Beratung zum Tarifvertrag aus „erster Hand“. Daneben bieten wir Ihnen auch die Mitgliedschaft ohne Tarifbindung an. Der AGAD vertritt die Interessen der Unternehmer in NRW. Er ist Mitglied in den Dachverbänden BGA, BDA und BVD in Berlin und stellt Ihnen damit ein Netzwerk bis in die Spitzenpolitik zur Verfügung.
