Agape Earth Coalition is a dynamic collective of youth climate campaigners from Africa. Comprising various groups and NGOs, their common mission is to protect our planet, tackle climate change, and fight for a sustainable future. One of the member organizations, Climate Justice For Healthy Communities, operates in Uganda and strives to achieve health equity and a livable environment for all.

The Mapa Post, a media house, focuses on sharing climate stories from the Most Affected People and Areas (MAPA). Based in Mombasa, Kenya, the youth-led Blue Earth Organisation addresses concerns around climate change, plastic and air pollution, as well as the destruction of wild places. The World Botswana Chapter, a multinational group, is dedicated to advocating for and achieving the world's 11 sustainable development goals.

Another member organization, the Eco Clean Active Initiative, is a Nigerian-based NGO committed to addressing environmental issues and promoting sustainable development.
