Agata Brzezińska

Agata Brzezińska is a child psychologist in Wrocław, Poland, offering psychological support to children and their families. Her practice focuses particularly on children with hyperactivity and difficulties with attention, emotional regulation, sleep, anxiety, behavior, adaptation, and selective mutism. She aims to understand each child in the context of family, school, and peer relationships, and works closely with parents to develop practical ways to support the child’s wellbeing and development.

The practice offers psychological consultations, therapy, and developmental activities. Support may address emotional and social skills, self-control, confidence, concentration, stress management, communication, and coping with challenging situations. Activities for younger children can also develop motor coordination, fine and gross motor skills, and spatial awareness, with elements of sensory integration. Other services include EEG Biofeedback training, delivered in collaboration with a specialist, and group sessions for children and parents using the Weronika Sherborne Developmental Movement Method. The practice also organizes psychoeducational workshops for parents.
