Agathe Castelain offers practical philosophy, cultural mediation and group facilitation in Réunion, drawing on twenty years of experience in cultural mediation and live performance. Since 2023, she has facilitated nearly 350 workshops for young people, professionals and groups. Her work focuses particularly on organisations supporting people aged 16 to 25, creating structured, welcoming spaces where participants can think together, express themselves, listen to differing perspectives and take their place.

Her À VOIX HAUTE programme uses practical philosophy to help young people and the professionals who support them develop and share their ideas. Sessions may incorporate writing, images, artworks, movement and games to make reflection accessible and engaging. Agathe also facilitates group dialogues and consultations to surface ideas, needs and concerns, and leads professional and managerial peer-development groups using the Payette and Champagne method. These sessions help participants reflect on workplace situations, learn from one another and identify possible actions. Based in Saint-Denis, Réunion, she works with youth organisations, schools, cultural venues and other collectives.
