About AGE Network
AGE Network is a registered non-profit organization committed to advancing gender equality in girls' education and promoting the rights of young women in Africa. Established in 2015, the organization focuses on ending child marriage, rape, and domestic violence while providing support to empower economically disadvantaged and vulnerable women and girls in Nigeria. They have launched various projects to help girls stay in school and provide practical assistance to other young women in need.
Additionally, AGE Network works to create safe spaces for LGBTQ+ women, sex workers, and refugee women and girls. Their programs include initiatives such as VET4Women, STEM Girls, and AGE Cares, which aim to enhance career choices for female students, provide healthcare and nutritional support, and advance sexual and reproductive health rights.
