Agent of Change Foundation (加減乘除基金) is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to public education and cross-sector collaboration. We plan and execute various projects and provide bulk purchasing services for essential supplies. Established in 2015, we are a registered charity and member of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service.

Our initial focus was on providing affordable but quality daily necessities to grassroots communities. However, we realized that the social welfare sector faces challenges in promoting various social issues due to limited public awareness and being confined within its own circle. Therefore, in late 2021, we rebranded ourselves as Agent of Change 加減乘除基金 with the aim to become an engine for driving issue change through public education and mobilization, cross-sector collaboration, and material support.

We primarily focus on the following issues: youth development and positive education, mental health education and support, environmental education, digital literacy and VR technology education, interethnic community issues, poverty alleviation, and community support. We believe that everyone who dares to love, dream, and aspire can bring about change. Our mission: - 加 (Add) – Strengthening public awareness, understanding, and empathy towards social issues.

- 減 (Reduce) – Reducing barriers such as information opacity and discrimination. - 乘 (Multiply) – Amplifying the impact of values, information, and services through collaboration. - 除 (Divide) – Breaking down the responsibility for change into actionable contributions for everyone.
