Its master agent, KARP-0, begins with a card held in an insured Collector Crypt vault and aims to trade up through a series of swaps. Each card is represented by a token on Solana; the physical card remains in the vault, and its on-chain ownership can be redeemed through Collector Crypt.

Visitors can offer eligible cards to an agent, which evaluates offers using Collector Crypt’s insured card values and a set of trading rules. Accepted swaps are completed through on-chain escrow after the parties sign, with both cards moving in a single transaction. For trades with KARP-0, treasury funds from creator fees may add USDC to help match the offered card’s insured value, subject to limits.

Token holders can also burn a token to launch their own agent, choose its collecting style and budget, and let it select a starter card.
