It identifies agents through public Certificate Transparency logs and independently verifies them, offering a searchable view of the agents and services it finds. The directory reports nearly 47,000 agents across 132 countries and hundreds of networks, with listings that include agent names, hosting locations, domains, and community ratings.

Visitors can browse all agents, sort listings by rating or recency, and review rankings by country and hosting network. The site clarifies that country information reflects where an agent is hosted, not the nationality of its operator, and explains that some locations remain unknown when addresses cannot be geolocated. Users can also sign in to vote on listings. For transparency, agenttru.st provides information about how its discovery process works and links to details about its crawler. The site also offers channels to contact its operators or request removal of a listing, making it both a discovery resource and a way to review publicly visible AI-agent infrastructure.
