AG Eulen

AG Eulen, formally the German Working Group for the Protection of Owls (Deutsche Arbeitsgemeinschaft zum Schutz der Eulen e. V. ), is an association bringing together German-speaking owl specialists.

Its work focuses on owl research and conservation, and its website shares information with specialists and the wider public about European owl species and their protection. Visitors can explore owl-related resources, including guidance on how to respond to sick owls, as well as material about the relationship between owls and people. AG Eulen also supports exchange and learning through an annual owl conference featuring talks and a programme of related activities.

Its publications include Eulen-Rundblick, a periodical that reports on developments and topics in owl research and conservation. The site provides updates on conferences, new publications, species conservation, and other owl-related news, alongside information about the association and its work. Through these resources and events, AG Eulen helps connect expertise, share knowledge, and promote the protection of owls
