AgeWell is a health and wellness practice in Amarillo, Texas, focused on helping people feel better as they age. Founded by Amy Garza, MD, the practice takes an individualized approach, seeking to understand the factors behind a person’s symptoms rather than simply masking them. Its care addresses hormone concerns such as perimenopause, menopause, declining testosterone, and thyroid imbalance; sexual health concerns including erectile dysfunction, vaginal dryness, low libido, and painful intercourse; and aesthetic concerns such as stubborn weight, menopause-related abdominal weight, wrinkles, and aging skin.

AgeWell offers Core, Functional, and Whole Health & Hormones programs, along with add-on programs and a Foundational Assessment.
