Agitated Solutions, Inc. (ASI) develops solutions intended to improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of cardiac bubble studies. These studies help clinicians detect right-to-left shunts, but traditional saline agitation can require two staff members, produce variable images, and add time to examinations. ASI’s approach is designed to eliminate manual saline agitation, provide consistent microbubbles, and enable one sonographer to administer the study while capturing images.
The company’s novel saline microbubble contrast agent, ASI-02, is commercially available in Canada and the European Union. In the United States, it is being evaluated in the ENHANCE investigational clinical trial, a Phase 3 study comparing its safety and efficacy with agitated saline in adults undergoing transthoracic echocardiography for suspected right-to-left shunt.
Agitated Solutions also shares publications and clinical resources, including educational discussions about bubble study interpretation and patent foramen ovale closure. Its work is focused on supporting healthcare professionals with more consistent imaging workflows and diagnostic information.
