TeePublic is an online marketplace where independent designers and artists offer original designs on apparel and other products. Shoppers can browse a broad catalog by category, theme, popular tags, or featured creators, and search for designs that match their interests. The site offers T-shirts in a range of styles, including classic, heavyweight, tri-blend, streetwear, premium V-neck, vintage, tall, and active fits, with multiple sizes and colors available for many items.

Product pages provide details such as design information, pricing, size charts, and fabric composition; some shirts are made from combed ringspun cotton, though material can vary by size or availability. TeePublic says it sets quality standards for participating third-party printers and offers support with orders, shipping, and returns. The marketplace also promotes free exchanges and provides customer service resources, including order tracking, FAQs, and refund information.

Visitors can create accounts to save favorite designs, follow artists, and receive promotional updates. TeePublic additionally supports artists through designer sign-ups and tools for opening a store, alongside a directory of designs and creators
