Quality Control is a fundamental part of Agri Bianco’s ethos. Our business model holds the department of Quality Control at its very core and is the quintessential part that makes up our company. Here at Agri Bianco we carry out extensive checks during the picking, processing, packaging, and export of produce. Agri Bianco works to ensure that the standards of the products are respected according to their country of destination, such as size, coloring, marking, labeling, packaging, etc... We define quality control as a deliberate and planned activity with the objective of determining the quality of a product with a view to accepting it as such, so that it satisfies stipulated requirements, or in case it does not satisfy these requirements, to take necessary measures to correct the quality swiftly and effectively. Control of quality is best exercised during production, working our way through the various stages and ending up with the final product, paying due diligence to packing, storage and transport. Along with QC, we treat pre-shipment inspection as equally important. It is the process of inspection of a batch of goods, just prior to shipment to determine whether it satisfies the conditions for shipment, which may be concerned with the quality, weight, packaging, contraband, etc." To ascertain the level and ensure that the level meets or indeed, exceeds, the expected requirements is the main focus of our quality control.
