Croquez l'Outaouais, an agricultural organization, is dedicated to coordinating the development efforts of the regional agri-food sector in the Outaouais region. Through their campaign Croquez l'Outaouais!, they bring together a diverse range of agri-food businesses, including producers, processors, retailers, distributors, restaurants, and accommodations, all serving regional agri-food products. This campaign aims to promote and showcase the culinary delights and gourmet tourism of this beautiful region.
In addition to their campaign, Croquez l'Outaouais offers various services and initiatives. One of them is L'ARTERRE, a matchmaking service that focuses on connecting aspiring farmers with farm owners, ensuring the sustainability and continuity of agricultural businesses and heritage in Quebec. Another service provided by Croquez l'Outaouais is the Circuits Croquez l'Outaouais! program, formerly known as Parcours Outaouais Gourmet.
