AGRODEP

The African Growth and Development Policy Modeling Consortium (AGRODEP) is a pivotal initiative established in 2010 under the leadership of AKADEMIYA2063. AGRODEP empowers a network of Africa-based experts to take a central role in addressing strategic development and agricultural growth challenges across the continent. The consortium offers essential services, including access to advanced economic modeling tools, a comprehensive database platform, and training opportunities, which are designed to enhance research capacities and facilitate collaboration among local and international researchers.

AGRODEP's core objectives revolve around promoting high-quality, locally relevant research, supporting the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP), and bridging data gaps to enrich policy analysis.
