About Asociaci
Asociación Grupo de Trabajo Redes (AGTR) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) established on August 17, 1989. AGTR is dedicated to empowering domestic workers by providing essential skills training and promoting fair labor conditions. Their programs focus on removing children from domestic labor, enhancing the personal and professional skills of domestic workers, and advocating for their rights to protect them from exploitation.
The organization envisions a society where child domestic labor is eradicated, and adult domestic workers enjoy full citizenship rights. AGTR offers various services, including labor training sessions, the Casa de Panchita community center for domestic workers, and volunteer programs. Through partnerships with international institutions, AGTR creates opportunities for volunteers to contribute to their mission.
