Agua Simple is a digital magazine published annually by Mexico’s Instituto Mexicano de Tecnología del Agua (IMTA). Its editorial focus connects water with women, communities, science, culture, sustainability, and human rights. Through articles, interviews, infographics, and accessible learning materials, the publication explores topics such as water insecurity and its effects on women and girls, women’s roles in water-system management, Indigenous relationships with water, pollution, responsible consumption, and the cultural and spiritual meanings of water.
