Ahp

Africa Health Placements (AHP) is a South African-based social profit organization dedicated to addressing access to healthcare inequalities through human resource solutions. Partnering with governments, civil society, and the private sector, AHP's mission is to improve health access for the most indigent. AHP offers workforce planning, staffing, retention, and consulting services, including culture strategy consulting and Human Resources for Health (HRH) systems advisory services.

AHP's workforce planning helps facilities and governments understand where health workers of a particular skill can make the most impact on health outcomes. They source, register, match, place, and orientate managers, health workers, and support staff for public health facilities. Additionally, AHP offers a rational and measurable retention program to improve the retention of scarce skills in health districts.

Their approach is focused on efficient service, effective marketing, and working closely with the recruited individuals to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. AHP's commitment to offering world-class professional recruitment services while abiding by a strict ethical code of recruitment sets them apart in their mission to support and enhance healthcare systems in Africa
