AiRA, an offering of JAIM GmbH, provides AZAV-approved artificial intelligence training for individuals and businesses. Its live online courses teach participants how to use AI safely and practically at work, with beginner options that require no prior knowledge. Eligible learners may fund their training through a Bildungsgutschein from Germany’s Employment Agency or Jobcenter; employed participants may also qualify for support under the Qualifizierungschancengesetz. AiRA offers free, personal guidance on selecting a course and navigating the funding process.

Courses include live instruction in small groups, a browser-based learning platform, recorded lessons, study materials, a calendar and progress tracking, and an AI learning assistant. Participants who meet course requirements receive a downloadable certificate. For employers, AiRA delivers tailored AI seminars and practical training on topics such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and data analysis, either online or on site. Business programs range from one-day introductions to multiweek training and ongoing AI consultation. AiRA also provides companies with individual proposals and information about potential training-cost and wage subsidies.
