AI Shop Assistant is a retail technology service from Alloy Tech Labs Ltd., designed to help online stores guide shoppers and support their teams. Each assistant is built for a single retailer, using its live product catalogue, prices, stock, policies and brand voice rather than relying on generic answers. In product chats, it helps customers find suitable items by asking follow-up questions and displaying relevant products, images, prices and availability. It also answers common questions about delivery, returns, opening hours and stock, including outside business hours.

The service gives retailers daily summaries of customer conversations, highlighting products shoppers could not find, stock gaps, unanswered needs and points where customers may have abandoned a purchase. This helps stores identify practical improvements while reducing repetitive customer-service work. Alloy Tech Labs builds and configures the assistant, provides a working demo on the retailer’s own catalogue, and handles launch, which requires one line of code. Pricing is a fixed monthly quote based on website sessions, integration and agreed custom functionality, with no conversation limits.
