About AIAC
The Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), located in Malaysia’s Bangunan Sulaiman, boasts a rich heritage of 40 years, supporting domestic and international arbitration as a leading alternative dispute resolution (ADR) institution. Formerly known as the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA), AIAC has evolved to broaden its scope and enhance its offerings, focusing on providing world-class institutional support and fostering innovation in ADR.
As a non-profit international arbitral institution, AIAC is recognized for its neutrality and independence in dispute resolution. It provides various services, including arbitration, mediation, and dispute avoidance, through its comprehensive procedural frameworks, such as the AIAC Arbitration Rules and the AIAC Fast Track Rules. The centre also offers hearing facilities and administrative support for ad hoc tribunals, alongside its role as an alternative hearing centre for the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
