Ai-ai Network is a disability employment support center based in Kanoya, Kagoshima Prefecture. It provides practical, individualized support for people with disabilities who want to develop skills, explore work, or receive assistance in daily life. Its six services include employment transition support, which helps participants prepare for work in regular companies; Type B continuous employment support, offering a supported work environment at an individual pace; and employment retention support for people who need help staying in a job.

The center also offers after-school day services, daily living care, and consultation support to help people access disability welfare services. Training may include computer skills, workplace etiquette, and hands-on work practice. Through its Alice Shokudo food business, participants can gain experience in cooking, customer service, and mobile sales.

Ai-ai Network welcomes individuals, families, and professionals to visit, learn about its programs, and discuss concerns before applying. Consultations are available by phone, email, or LINE, and the center provides guidance on choosing suitable services
