Aide Parents is Fiona Perrier’s perinatal support practice, serving Nice and surrounding areas in France’s Alpes-Maritimes department. As an early childhood educator and perinatal companion, Fiona offers personalized support from the third trimester through pregnancy, birth preparation and the postnatal period. Her approach is centered on parents’ individual needs and on helping each family find a new balance while caring for both parents and baby.

Services include birth and postpartum support, with sessions to plan the transition home from maternity care and provide tailored help after birth. Breastfeeding services range from preparation workshops and information to follow-up support at home, including assistance with weaning, while respecting each parent’s choices. Fiona also provides guidance on child development, emotional needs and childcare options such as nurseries and childminders. Well-being services include pregnancy and postpartum massage, including the Mammà massage and rebozo treatments, as well as massage for couples. Appointments take place at clients’ homes or at a practice in Roquefort-les-Pins, with visits mainly across the Alpes-Maritimes.
