AIDS Foundation of South Africa (AFSA) is a development organisation working to promote healthy communities and sustainable, equitable human development. Based in Durban, South Africa, it supports local, national and regional efforts to reduce HIV, sexually transmitted infection and tuberculosis infections, address the social and structural drivers of HIV, advance sexual and reproductive health rights, and build resilient communities.

By supporting and building the capacity of these partners, it helps extend services to marginalised, vulnerable and remote communities. AFSA also offers a Small Projects Support Fund and works on community systems strengthening.
