Arts martiaux de la Margeride is an association and Aikido dojo offering traditional Japanese martial arts instruction in Ruynes-en-Margeride and Saint-Chély-d’Apcher, France. Its teaching follows the tradition of Aikido founder Morihei Ueshiba, as taught today by Shihan Alain Peyrache. The dojo is part of Europe Promotion of Aikido (E.P.A.), a branch of the International School of Traditional Aikido (I.S.T.A.).

Classes are open to participants aged 12 and over, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Training includes physical preparation, breathing and relaxation exercises, unarmed techniques, and educational practice with wooden weapons such as the boken, jo, and tanto. The dojo describes its atmosphere as friendly and relaxed, with experienced members helping newcomers learn. Aikido practice develops movement and balance while exploring self-defense, self-control, and ways to manage conflict without direct confrontation. New participants are welcome throughout the year and may attend trial sessions in comfortable sports clothing before registering.

The association also connects students with partner dojos and offers opportunities to attend Aikido seminars in France, Europe, and elsewhere.
