Kokusai Aikido Kenshukai Kobayashi Hirokazu Ryu is an aikido school dedicated to practising and teaching the art according to the ethical, technical, and philosophical principles transmitted by Kobayashi Hirokazu Soshu. Kobayashi (1929–1998) was a student of aikido founder Morihei Ueshiba (1883–1969), whose techniques drew inspiration from natural movements, particularly the qualities of water. The school presents aikido as a way of developing movement and bodily awareness beyond simple physical control or reflex training.

Its activities include aikido instruction, seminars, weapons training, and aikishintaiso events. The organisation shares information about instructors and group leaders, maintains an official list of yudansha, and offers videos that introduce the school’s practice. Its programme includes workshops such as voice and aikido seminars, as well as events in Japan, where the organisation has a dojo. Visitors can find information about the school, its shihankai, upcoming stages, and membership, and can contact the organisation through its website. The school’s focus combines practical training with the principles and traditions of Kobayashi-style aikido.
