Aikido Club Boisséen

Aikido Club Boisséen is a martial arts club based at the Centre Culturel Le Forum in Boissy-Saint-Léger, France. It offers aikido practice for children and adults, with sessions for beginners, advanced students, and mixed-level groups. Classes are led by Toshiro Suga Shihan and Loïc, and the schedule includes both unarmed aikido and weapons training. The club also organizes activities such as children’s workshops, parent-and-child encounters, demonstrations, and aikido stages, including events open to licensed participants from across the Val-de-Marne department.

Aikido is a Japanese martial art that uses movement and technique to neutralize an attack rather than defeat an opponent. The club’s materials introduce students to technical foundations as well as the discipline’s etiquette, dojo rules, and principles of practice. Toshiro Suga, a senior instructor who began training in Tokyo and later taught in France and Canada, contributes to the club’s instruction and events. Aikido Club Boisséen provides a local setting for learning the art through regular classes, weapons practice, and community activities.
