Aileron is a voluntary, non-profit association based in Subotica, dedicated to the advancement of motor aircraft pilots. Founded in May 2023, this dynamic organization emerged from the motor and ultralight aircraft pilot sections of the "Ivan Sarić" Aeroclub. Aileron operates a comprehensive pilot training center at Subotica Airport, where members receive both theoretical and practical training for Private Pilot Licenses (PPL) and Student Pilot Licenses (SPL), utilizing innovative online learning platforms.

Aileron fosters community among aviation enthusiasts, offering seminars, workshops, and flight training to enhance members' skills and knowledge. They also assist pilots with license conversions and navigating regulatory processes while organizing general aviation competitions. The association welcomes a diverse range of members—regular, temporary, helping, and honorary—each contributing to its goals.
