About AILG
The Association of Irish Local Government (AILG) proudly represents Ireland's democratically elected members and their local authorities. It serves as a networking, policy development, and training resource for the elected members of Ireland's 31 County and City Councils. Through regular interaction with stakeholders in the local government environment, the AILG ensures that the valuable contributions of Ireland's Councillors are appreciated in government departments and public agencies.
