AIM To Swim

AIM to Swim LLC is a San Antonio-based swimming coaching business founded by Aaron Moran in April 2023. Its mission is to help swimmers of all ages and abilities reach their potential through intentional, personalized instruction. The program welcomes beginners, experienced swimmers, aspiring athletes, triathletes, and cross-training enthusiasts, tailoring its support to each person’s goals and learning style.

Founder Aaron Moran brings more than a decade of teaching and coaching experience. His background includes setting school records at Brandeis High School, competing on the NCAA Division I swim team at the University of the Incarnate Word, and earning multiple conference championships in the 200 backstroke. He has also coached with several swim programs.

AIM to Swim offers private lessons, underwater and above-water video review, and custom training programs. Coaching can focus on technique, performance development, or race preparation, with technical guidance complemented by mental training and personal support. The approach emphasizes making sessions engaging while building focus and discipline, fostering confidence, a love of swimming, and a supportive, family-oriented environment.
