Ainara Helados

Ainara is an artisanal ice cream brand founded in 2018 by Mijail and Mariana, inspired by traditional Italian gelato-making and a commitment to conscious living. Based in Palermo, Buenos Aires, it creates “author” ice creams with distinctive flavors and a plant-based foundation of almonds and coconut. The range includes vegan options as well as premium varieties described as keto, low-calorie, high-protein, high-fiber, and functional, alongside classic flavors with Ainara’s own interpretation.

Products are lactose-free, with selected options that are gluten-free or sugar-free; the brand also highlights that its ice creams contain no cholesterol or trans fats. Ainara emphasizes natural ingredients, careful craftsmanship, and a focus on quality, flavor, and texture. Its sustainability approach includes biodegradable containers and a zero-waste policy, while the company aims to reduce its environmental impact and create animal-friendly products.

Customers can order online or by WhatsApp, and visit the brand at its Palermo location. Ainara also provides information about franchises and shares updates through its social media community
