About Aine Harkin
Áine Harkin is an intuitive eating counsellor and wellbeing coach based in the West Midlands, with a passion for helping others break free from the dieting cycle. After years of struggling with food and weight fluctuations, Áine discovered the concept of intuitive eating and its impact on overall wellness. Through her coaching programmes, workshops, and training sessions, she guides individuals towards rediscovering their intuitive eater, making peace with food, and embracing their natural weight range.
Áine also offers a 5-day free training course on intuitive eating, complete with worksheets and meditations to kickstart your journey to food freedom. In addition to her professional pursuits, Áine enjoys travel, baking, and giving back to the community as a trustee of a bereavement charity.
