ainm.ie is the National Database of Irish-language Biographies, dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich history of individuals connected to the Irish language from 1560 to the present. With an impressive collection of 1,794 biographies, the platform serves as a comprehensive academic resource for historians, Irish-language scholars, and enthusiasts alike.

Whether accessing historical insights or contributing to the ongoing narrative of Irish culture, ainm.ie bridges the past with the present.
