Launched by Indian authorities to safeguard public health, the Air Suvidha Self-Declaration Form ensures that necessary information regarding personal details and travel history is collected from incoming travelers. Essential requirements include submission of a valid passport, proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of departure.
This user-friendly online application can be completed conveniently from any device with internet access, allowing travelers to receive confirmation via email in PDF format.
