AIR Vallauris

Vallauris (Artists in Residence) is a non-profit association located in the heart of the old town Vallauris, France. Since its establishment in 2001, the association has been dedicated to hosting international artists from around the world, providing them with lodgings and studios where they can meet and collaborate with local artists while researching and creating new works. A.

I. R. Vallauris offers various artistic mediums for artists to work with, including ceramics, sculpture, painting, photography, videography, and multimedia art.

The artists stay in individual furnished spaces and have access to a fully equipped studio, as well as a gallery where their works are showcased at the end of their residency period. Additionally, exhibitions and sales are organized by A. I.

R. Vallauris to allow the artists to present their work to the public. The association also promotes educational programs, workshops, conferences, and demonstrations to encourage interaction between local and international artists.
