Aireon

Aireon provides satellite-based air traffic surveillance data and analytics for the global aviation industry. A pioneer in space-based automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast (ADS-B), the company uses data from Iridium’s constellation of 66 satellites to track equipped aircraft in real time, including over oceans, polar regions, and other areas with limited surveillance coverage. The AireonINSIGHTS portfolio, including Aireon Locate, offers event-based flight information for uses such as locating aircraft and assessing GPS signal integrity. AireonVECTOR detects and visualizes GPS interference, including jamming and spoofing, using aircraft position data. Together, these products help customers make more informed operational decisions.
