**Airliners for Humanity** is a dedicated association established in response to significant gaps in air safety oversight during the COVID-19 pandemic. With a mission to advocate for flight crew and passengers' safety, the organization highlights the critical issues arising from the implementation of mandatory vaccinations, which raised existential and health concerns among airline staff. Comprising pilots and cabin crew, Airliners for Humanity aims to foster an environment where airline personnel can voice their apprehensions without fear of reprisal.
The organization emphasizes the importance of rigorous safety measures and thorough evaluations of new medical interventions, particularly those affecting flight personnel. They provide a platform for anonymous dialogue and support, offering assistance in health-related and legal matters. Furthermore, they call for accountability from airlines and authorities to prevent future oversights that could compromise safety.
Through their outreach, they invite airline industry members to join and advocate for safer practices, responding to the need for transparency and protection in aviation
