Airmic’s fastTrack Programme is a one-year learning programme for professionals in the early stages of their careers who want to build knowledge and skills in risk and insurance. Delivered online and free to Airmic members, it supports lifelong learning and continuous professional development through current reading materials, expert sessions and opportunities to ask questions and connect with peers. Participants can follow one of two streams, Insurance or Risk, or attend both, depending on their role.
Topics include insurance notifications and claims, cybercrime and cyber insurance, legal and regulatory compliance, captives, risk modelling, reputational risk, business continuity and organisational resilience. The programme is complemented by Airmic EXPLAINED guides, fastTrack Forums, the wider Airmic Academy, the Airmic Annual Conference, a competency framework for risk professionals, a mentoring scheme and the RMF Course. Developed in partnership with WTW, the programme also supports CPD recording: members may claim one hour per session and up to 12 hours for the full programme.
