The Agence Ivoirienne de Régulation de la Mutualité Sociale (AIRMS) is a national public institution that plays a vital role in overseeing and promoting social mutual insurance organizations in Côte d'Ivoire. Established by decree in 2012, AIRMS operates under the regulatory framework defined by the UEMOA (West African Economic and Monetary Union) Regulation No. 07/2009/CM/UEMOA.

As the Director General, I am committed to ensuring the success of AIRMS with fairness and efficiency, carrying out the responsibilities entrusted to me by His Excellency President Alassane Ouattara.
